| What is (natural) Martial Art? |
Page 3 of 3 Improved Mental Capacity Traditional Martial Arts training develops one’s mental capacity. Through the practice your mental awareness becomes sharper and more focused by concentrating on perfecting the physical movements that you are practicing. This enables you to quickly recognize improvements in your patience, awareness, energy, and most importantly, your memory. With age, and the lack of full use, the mind can become dormant. Martial arts stimulates the mind and body so one can have a longer, healthier and happier life, regardless of current age, background or ability. Self-defense

Training in a Body Mind Systems school enables students to practice self-defense techniques in a safe and controlled atmosphere while learning to defend themselves against strikes, grabs, holds, attacks with weapons, and multiple attackers. With self defense training, our students develop the discipline and self-confidence that enables them to ignore threats of aggression which could, and often lead to, physical confrontations. Self defense training will empower and prepare students for one of life's true uncertainties. Through self-defense training, students develop the peace of mind to defend themselves or loved ones in almost any situation.
