Rank & Position

Because this is an educational system, a level of education will be provided for both rank and position. Rank is determined by physical curriculum and skill and position is determined by teaching ability and wisdom. Programs for teaching have been implemented as well and will be referred to as the Instructor Programs. This is how the student may access training for a teaching position. This is not mandatory for any rank advancement. The student determines the level in which they choose to reach. The following guideline is set to show a clear path of teaching and learning and to show what each position is and requires to reach. This will also lay out, for all students, what training their Instructors have taken and show what training is, and will be available to them. All positions require a written request for review of the student's application of knowledge and appropriate prerequisites. A recommendation by the instructor of the student being considered may, in some cases, bypass the previous step. Correct promotion strength is also needed to approve all positions. More detail as to the requirements for each position can be found in the guideline books at the schools. The following is a brief overview of the position and requirements.

Assistant Instructor

Instructor

Main Instructor

Must be at least 2nd Degree Black Belt and have the desire to earn meaning and learn about yourself through teaching others.  Must be overseen by a Head Instructor or higher to assure consistency. The Main Instructor is trained directly by the Body Mind Systems Advanced Degree Training Centers teaching group. This is also an indication of the new beginning for the Main Instructor who now wears an all black uniform to indicate being at the beginning of their training as an instructor, the same as a white belt has an all white uniform at the beginning of their training. The decision to teach others now gives the main instructor the chance to build wisdom from the knowledge gained over the years of training.
