Adult classes are organized as follows:

Tai Chi Class

ImageTai Chi is Chinese exercise intended to main the body's natural balance, improve circulation and strengthen the body. People of all ages can benefit from Tai Chi training. Tai Chi Chung combines both offensive and defensive applications. Movements are slow without force or power. The speed of the breathing matches the speed of the movement. Tai Chi Chung develops internal strength, physical well being and overall health.

This class is free for all Foundation Arts and Degree Training students.

Introductory Special

Try our regular adult lessons for two weeks. With this program, you can attended as many of our adult lessons as you feel comfortable with. This is the best way to see if what we teach matches with what you're looking for.

Includes:
1 private lesson, 2 weeks of group lessons.

Foundation Arts

This program will take you to the next level. In two months, you can really change your body in a positive manner. This program will give you more indepth understanding of what we teach, and how martial arts can be used to address various body problems, increase confidence, patience, determination, or just to stay or get in shape.

Includes:
2 months of group lessons, uniform, curriculum guide, patches, individualized instruction, 1st test fee.

Degree Program

ImageThis program gets into the heart of our traditional Martial art training. This program sets you on the track to achieving your black belt. Signing up for this program is setting for yourself a longer-term goal. The instructors work with each student to help them achieve that goal.

Includes:
group lessons for the duration of the program (2,5 - 4 years), private lessons on an as-needed basis, individualized instruction, discounts to regional lessons, discounts on test fees.
